2002 Outbreak of Giardiasis Linked to Rafting on the Green River, Wyoming
Two people developed giardiasis after rafting on the Green River in southwestern Wyoming. Additional possible expoures were identified, but the rafting trips on the Green River were thought to be the most likely exposure source.
